This beautiful little bowl was made from a block of Madrone. It has remarkable grain pattern with slight spalting which adds character to the bowl. In addition there is a small knot hole on one side of the bowl which was filled with a turquoise colored inlay material. It has been finished with Friction polish, a finish which makes it safe for use with food. This bowl would make a nice small serving bowl, but would also be useful for many things around the home.
