This laminated peppermill was constructed from multiple species of hardwood. It was turned from a block of laminated wood, finished with a friction polish, and then fitted with a high quality American made grinding mechanism which will last for years.
One of the species of wood in this peppermill had multiple small defects which have been filled with a black inlay material and for this reason it has been discounted from the normal price for a laminated peppermill
Note that a peppercorn funnel is included with all peppermills.
